The football club will put a number of tickets on sale to their members as well as donating a percentage to good causes for the performance of Peter Pan on Friday December 11 at 7.15pm.

This year's panto, starring The Chuckle Brothers and EastEnders' 'Nasty Nick' John Altman comes to the Lichfield Street Theatre from December 12 to January 24.

At the preview performance, theatregoers will meet club mascots Wolfie and Wendy as well as get the chance to win VIP prizes to meet players on the night.

Vicky Price, head of sales and marketing at the Grand, said: "Our relationship with Wolves has grown over the last 18 months and I am delighted that they will be supporting this year's pantomime. We held our annual pantomime launch at the club's WV1 Restaurant which was a roaring success.

"It's very important for the city's leisure economy that both the club and the theatre attract large visitor figures and this partnership contributes towards that aim."

Lynne O'Reardon, head of ticketing and membership for Wolves, added: "We are thrilled to have secured the sponsorship of the preview performance, the theatre has a long and successful history with pantomime always securing top performers and productions, again this year it won't disappoint.

"Pantomime, like football, is family entertainment appealing to all ages. We are continually striving to offer affordable entertainment to families and are delighted to add another exciting event exclusively for our young Wolves fans."

Tickets are now on sale for members by calling 870 442 1877.
