Roy ‘Chubby’ Brown returning to Wolverhampton Civic

Just a few weeks after he performed at Wolverhampton Civic Hall, controversial comedian Roy ‘Chubby’ Brown has confirmed his traditional Christmas show at the Civic for 2012.
