Elvis Costello is set to bring his Spectacular Spinning Songbook to Symphony Hall.

Costello's Revolver Tour comes to Symphony Hall on Tuesday, May, 15, 2012. Tickets cost £36.50 and £42.50 plus booking fees.

Starting the concert with five uninterrupted songs as Elvis Costello and the Imposters take to the stage, the show then sees members of the audience invited to spin the gigantic vaudevillian spinning wheel on the stage to select the next song, meaning that every concert on the tour is utterly unique.

Fortune may deliver such hits such as Oliver's Army, Everyday I Write The Book and Watching The Detectives or land on a Jackpot selection such as Time and Girl, demanding a sequence of songs, each containing these words.

Such career highlights as Shipbuilding or God Give Me Strength can spin into view alongside hidden gems from the Costello songbook like, Town Cryer or tunes by The Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash and, of course, Bob Dylan's This Wheel's On Fire.
