Thursday 29th September 2011, 3:32PM BST.
Steve Steinman’s Vampires Rock is set to burst on the stage at Birmingham’s New Alexandra Theatre just in time for Halloween.
Vampires Rock is a show like no other. With a twist of rock, a hint of comedy and jam packed with the greatest classic rock anthems, the audience is guaranteed to be on their feet!
Along with Steve Steinman, a full cast of singers, dancers and a formidable band, blast their way through some of the greatest ever rock anthems including We Will Rock You, Bat Out of Hell, Highway to Hell, Since You’ve Been Gone, Total Eclipse of the Heart, Devil Gate Drive, I Love Rock n Roll, Sweet Child O’ Mine and many more.
Teamed up with an amazing stage set and pyrotechnics to blow your mind, it is described as a rock spectacular not to be missed.
Set in New York in the year 2030, the undead are among us and livelier than ever, none more so than in club Live and Let Die, where aspiring singer Pandora arrives to audition for the resident vocalist position.
Little does she know that the only job on offer is to be the eternal bride of evil Baron Von Rockula (Steve Steinman).
Steve Steinman’s Vampires Rock is at the New Alexandra Theatre on Thursday, Oct 27, 2011, at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £22-£24 plus fees on 0844 871 3011 or at www.atgtickets.com/birmingham
