Comedy Club night at Drayton Manor
Tuesday 20th September 2011, 3:45PM BST.
Drayton Manor Theme Park, near Tamworth, has teamed up with The Comedy Club for an evening of laughter this Friday, September 23, 2011.
The headline act will be The Noise Next Door, a five-man outfit which specialises in audience interaction and improvised comedy. The opening act will be Paul Pirie, who appeared in Ikea’s comedy-based TV advert.
Ryan McDonnell, who recently made his debut at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival performing in the prestigious Pleasance Courtyard, will host the comedy night.
There will also be a joke competition for the audience to get involved in, with a prize for the winner. In addition, guests will also have the option to enjoy a buffet and dance the night away as a disco will follow the comedy performances.
Tickets for the event, which will be held in the park’s Tower Suite, cost £15 for comedy only, or £20 for comedy and buffet. Doors open at 7pm with the show starting at 8pm. The disco will run until 12.30am. This event is suitable for over 18s only.
