Mobile phones have come a long way since Take That's debut. Here we have the Motorola MicroTAC, one of the first mobile phones that could be carried in a pocket. And the iPhone 4, which has a few snazzier features...

Things were very different back in the early 90s when Take That first burst onto the scene and captured the hearts of teenage girls everywhere.
Music was listened to on tapes, hardly anybody had a mobile phone and it was only the techy-types who had even heard of the Internet.
