UB40 gig at Banks’s

UB40 will headline an outdoor concert at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium, it was revealed today.

The group will top the bill at the event, which also features N-Dubz, supported by the Specials frontman Neville Staple, and Midlands Ska heroes The Beat.

The event, called The Spring Happening will be held on bank holiday Monday, May 31. “This promises to be a great event,” said Mark Ellis from The Spring Happening’s Promoters, Unique Live Events.
