Find teaching resources, lesson plans and worksheets for KS1 and KS2 level English pupils. Scroll down to search resources by key stage.
Links go to both general educational websites and individual resources to be used for planning lessons or demonstrating to pupils. All resources are free, but you may need to sign up to the website to access some of them.
Key stage 1
Free learning resources for Primary teachers including lesson plans, activities, games, teaching ideas, classroom resources and worksheets.
Games, videos and resources for pupils, parents and teachers for science learning from the BBC.
TES – Resource – Two year rolling programme
A key stage 1 rolling programme with some good ideas to adapt for your own classes.
This resource can be used as a lesson plan and contains worksheets for students to label parts of the body and a body to cut out for pupils to put back together.
TES – Resource – Materials investigation workbook
A series of investigations sheets put together as a workbook to complement a circus of science activities in the classroom.
Key stages 1 and 2
Teachers TV – Video – Science lessons for primaries
Seven lesson starts for use in class, which can be played on interactive whiteboards. Each starter introduces a different science topic through documentary or drama.

Lots of useful clips covering a range of science topics and broken down into easy-to-navigate sections.

Key stage 2
