Wolverhampton Grammar School to launch new scholarship

Wolverhampton Grammar School is set to launch a new sixth form scholarship later this year. more

The scholarship is aimed at students with a passion for the STEM subjects - science, technology, engineering and maths - and will be available from September.

It has been made available following a donation from benefactor and Old Wulfrunian David Nelson.

Headteacher Kathy Crewe-Read, said: "This is could be a life-changing opportunity for a Year 11 student who would like to maximise their potential and experience the fantastic sixth form education on offer at the school."

The recipient of the STEM scholarship will receive partial fee remission of between 50 and 75 per cent of the annual fees for the duration of their time at the school.
