Health chiefs in Dudley are encouraging residents to make small changes to improve their health and well-being.

They include things such as getting an early night, taking regular exercise, eating healthily, getting outside more, drinking more water or starting a new healthy hobby.

As part of national Self Care Week kicks off, people across Dudley borough are being asked to take a photo to mark their achievements.

The campaign runs until Sunday.

People can pick up advice and tips on Thursday at Churchill Shopping Centre in Dudley from 11am to 2pm and on Friday at Asda Merry Hill from 11am to 2pm.

Councillor Rachel Harris, cabinet member for health, said:

"It's good to share your successes - they might inspire someone else and a selfie is a fun way to let them know!

"There are so many small changes that can make a big difference if you just give them a go"
