Another group of ex-Remploy workers have joined to form a co-operative on the site of their former factory.
They have used their redundancy to set up Accommodation Furniture Solutions at Fforestfach in Swansea, South Wales, with help from the Welsh Government.
The new venture will make and assemble kitchen units and student accommodation furniture.
It follows a similar move by 12 former Remploy staff in Yorkshire, who have opened up a new social enterprise.
Most Remploy factories have closed after the Government decided to switch spending to help individuals find jobs rather than subsidising factories.
The Government has set up an £8 million package of employment support for those affected.
