MNA Digital aims to partner with SMEs in 2017 following year of growth

A leading digital agency is investing in staff and new products for 2017 following a year of revenue growth.

MNA Digital, which is based in Wolverhampton, aims to build on its success in 2016, where is saw revenues grow to a record high.

The agency of 34 staff is planning to launch new products and recruit staff with specialisms in digital marketing.

MNA Digital is owned by Express & Star/Shropshire Star publisher Midland News Association.

It is based in Queen Street, Wolverhampton.

Managing director Andy Hill said: "I am pleased that our customers are recognising the results we are driving for them, which resulted in revenue growth of 30%.

"We saw the strongest increase in our digital marketing division, where revenues rose by 95%.

"A key driver was the success of new package products Amplify and Enquire, which we launched to support businesses who find it tough to measure the return they get from online marketing.

"We have also enhanced our recruitment services, adding online jobs platform Smartsearch, to ensure we continue to deliver results.

"We recently updated our recruitment website which is now underpinned by a completely new platform, ensuring we deliver what we believe is a first class service to both advertisers and job hunters."

MNA Digital now offers clients video production and advertising services. The service is provided by commercial video producer Robert Ward, who joined in June.

The agency has big plans for 2017 and is investing in recruitment and new product lines to cement the business as a digital marketing agency.

Mr Hill hopes MNA Digital can become a go-to partner for small to medium businesses (SMEs).

Google Analytics show expressandstar.com gets nearly 2 million unique browsers each month, with shropshirestar.com getting more than 750,000. A new look website design is planned for launch in March 2017.

Mr Hill added: "Our new websites will go live next year, delivering an improved experience and giving us a platform for audience growth."
