Footwear retailer Schuh will create 50 jobs with its new store in West Bromwich, it has emerged.
The shop is the latest to sign up to the £200 million New Square shopping and leisure development and it is hoped it will be open by the end of the year.
Planning documents have revealed 10 full time and 40 part time jobs will be created. The Schuh team are starting work this month, but as of yet there is no firm opening date.
It comes as it emerged seven new jobs will also be created under plans to improve a rubbish plant in Tipton.
Biffa wants to install a new recycling plant to replace its existing facilities in Chimney Road.
