Marston’s in £257.5m deal

Midland beer and pubs group Marston’s has secured a £257.5 million banking deal to help fund its plans for two dozen new pubs next year, set to create 1,000 jobs.
Wolverhampton-based Marston’s secured the new banking facility in a deal led by Barclays Corporate.
Bosses say up to 3,000 jobs could be created over two years with its £60 million-a-year pub restaurant plan.
