Meanwhile, full marks to the reader who pointed out that Prince Harry’s Arctic trek, universally headlined as “minus 40 degrees C,” is also at minus 40 degrees F.
Thanks to all sorts of clever maths and physics stuff, minus 40 is the same in Fahrenheit as in Centigrade.
