A fascinating 3D glimpse has been unveiled of a proposed £70m hotel and office development which could transform the north gateway of Wolverhampton. Hendesford-based developer Fred Pritchard has lodged his plans for the scheme on a 12-acre site on the A449 Stafford Road.
House prices are falling in the West Midlands quicker than almost any other area, new figures reveal. Across the UK house prices fell for the seventh month in a row during April to leave homes costing less than they did a year ago.
