A lorry tipped on to its side, spilling more than 10 litres of engine oil across the road, after hitting a blackspot bridge in the Black Country today.
The accident on Great Bridge Road caused rush hour chaos on the roads around Tipton and Bilston.
More than 20 heavy goods vehicles have hit the Metro bridge in the past five years and around £10,000 has been spent on warning drivers about the 13ft-high structure.
Firefighters from Wednesbury and Bilston were called to the scene at 9am today, with the road closed as the clean up operation took place.
