Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has denied that Championship new-boys Leicester have made a bid for striker Andy Keogh.
Reports have suggested that the Foxes were ready to pay £1.5million to land the Republic of Ireland international.
But Moxey said: “It’s nonsense – there has been no bid for Andy Keogh.”
One player quickly vanishing from the club’s radar is Watford winger Tommy Smith, who is set to join Sheffield United.
The Blades – after missing out on Andrew Surman and Greg Halford to Wolves – have agreed a £1.8million fee with their Championship rivals.
