Mark Grimmett, the lucky winner of four pence on Channel Four’s Deal or No Deal game show, was seeing the funny side of things last Thursday as he showed off his winnings. Despite being one of the biggest losers in the history of the show, Mark, aged 38 from Kingswinford, said: “it was the most amazing experience and to this day I wouldn’t change a thing. I had a chance to go for it and I went for it so there are no regrets.”
During the show, Mark was offered £20,000 by the banker on the hit show, and turned it down - and then promptly wiped out £250,000, £100,000 and £50,000 in three disastrous moves. He was left with just 2p on the table, which the banker cheekily doubled to 4p. Mr. Grimmett must now decide how to spend his winnings.
