Jessie’s Grand show relies on vote

Strictly Come Dancing star Jessie Wallace is waltzing into the Black Country – and will be bringing her dance partner along if she keeps her place in the TV show this weekend.

The former EastEnders actress could find herself juggling the Strictly dance training with a week-long appearance at Wolverhampton’s Grand Theatre.

Jessie joins Birds of a Feather star Linda Robson and Holby City’s Sharon D Clarke in the Vagina Monologues at the Grand from Monday.

While her Monday to Friday appearance is guaranteed, Saturday de-pends on the Strictly vote on Sunday – as a woman contestant goes.

If Jessie keeps her place in the BBC show, she will be limited to five nights in Wolverhampton and will return to London for the Strictly show on Saturday.

But while here, she and professional dance partner Darren Bennett will spend their days rehearsing.
