Hill was injured in training, and rather than throw George Friend in at the deep end, Mick has wisely stuck with Ward at LB considering he played very well in that position against Forest. So please shove your negativity up your pipe! Iwelumo was injured in the warm-up so Andy Keogh started instead.. shame for Chris, lets hope its not too serious. This team has goals in it so I am confident we will score today…

If its negative to wonder why Gray is selected ahead of Hill or that other left-back, then yeah I am negative.
You gotta be able to see the difference between just being negative, and being critical about the selection.
I like Mick, but it doesnt mean he doesnt make mistakes.

What happens Ward provides the cross and the 18 year old super sub (another astute Mick signing), puts us ahead. Then adds another with just a couple of minutes left. To say I am happy is an understatement. 1-nil down to a wonder goal and I thought “ouch”. But what a second half.

So funny to read the comments though, start off as optimistic, quickly turn critical because of the lack of understanding over the selection. Then the ugly wife brigade come on with negative desperation and finally rejoice!!!

“These days I don’t turn around, look at the bench and think I can’t change things. I now look at the subs and think they can change the game.
He must have thought that last season we must have had a lazy, overrated, selfish centre-forward on the bench that would’nt be able to poach a goal….wonder who that could have been targetted at eh!!!!!

I feel now we have now found the players we need to totally demorilise the championship.I have been waiting for this for ages and ages. These players seem like the ones to take us to the promise land.I know its the start of the season but it seems that the 11 players that are playing in any game seems to know where the wolves players are on the pitch. When i saw them on saturday we played awesome and i think all 3000 fans that went on saturday feel the same.We have come back twice this season and look also to take the game in style like we did on saturday
