If you have the Express & Star delivered to your home or shop saved, just present these vouchers to your local agent / cash collector when paying your next paper bill. Please note that the 10p only covers the actual price of the newspaper and not any associated delivery charges, your paper bill must include charges for newspapers delivered during the offer period.
If you are buying the Express & Star over the counter, just present one of the vouchers and you will only be charged 10p for your newspaper. You can purchase up to 6 individual copies using the vouchers up until the end of the offer period.

You must fill in all your details as requested on each voucher for them to be valid, unless you are using them to pay for 6 delivered copies, in which case tick the appropriate box on the first voucher and just present this one to your agent.
