Angry motorist takes ‘rip-off’ fuel price stand

A Tesco spokeswoman said the sign had been vandalised. Today the sign is back to normal with prices for unleaded at 117.9 a litre.

Instead of displaying the usual prices, the giant board outside Tesco Express petrol station on Walsall Road in Stone Cross, West Bromwich, has been sporting the words rip off - or rip ouff - as it has been spelt.
