A man was due in court in Stafford today charged with attempted murder after a woman was stabbed in a country lane in Westcroft.
Kulvinder Ram, who is aged 30 and from Holloway Street in Wolverhampton, was due to appear at Stafford Crown Court today.
The 23-year-old woman, who was injured in Wood Hayes Road at around 2.50am on Sunday July 13, was released from the University Hospital of North Staffordshire based in Stoke over the weekend.
