Wild boys Duran Duran back in town

Duran Duran are set to return to their home city on July 7 for an eagerly-anticipated concert at Birmingham’s NIA - we look back on some highlights of their prolific career.

Meeting Princess Diana in 1983

Members of the band met the Princess of Wales in July 1983 at the Prince’s Trust Rock Gala in London. They soon became one of Diana’s favourites.
