Two fly-tippers, including one who dumped rubbish in a picturesque country park, have been fined more than £5,000.
Craig Jones, aged 35, of Bell Street, Brierley Hill, dumped waste at Highgate Common near Kinver, Stafford JPs heard.
Jones pleaded guilty to dumping the waste in March. He was given a £3,000 fine and ordered to pay £216 costs.
Steven Brookes, of Birches Barn Road, Pennfields, Wolverhampton, was found guilty of failing to take measures to prevent another dumping rubbish.
Waste was found on a bridleway in Wombourne, on January 28.
It had been in the back of a van that Brookes had sold. Brookes was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay costs of £565.50.
