   ToMo and the boys have done a cracking job this season and all involved should be given a chance to prove themselves in the preiership. Playing the same type of football is key - let’s not stick 9 men behind the ball at Old Trafford but attack them and show them we can play!
   Having said that, we do need to add to the squad a bit, and here’s what we need to add:
   1. Top quality centre half
   2. Quality cover for Robbo
   3. Lee Carsley
   4. Proven striker at the top level (maybe a loan move for Jan Kholer?)
   5. and most importantly get Gera and Super Kev signed up … and Albrechsten too!

   I think we need a fairly radical change—definetly a goalkeeper at least one central defender a full back a central midfielder and I feel 2 strikers—all of the above proven prem quality + we need to keep Kev and Gera. If this happens I think we could be top half. Boing boing

   Fair if not exactly earth shattering assessment by Martin. I would like to point out that the glimpse we saw of the prem in the SF against Pompey. IE ‘The Baggies dominated a lot of the play but weren’t strong enough to force a result.’
   Interestingly the same thing happened with Pompey in the previous round. Dominated by a team that couldn’t force the result. Yes, we all know it was Man Ure. Look forward to seeing Utd scrap it out for 17th with us next season.

   Let kev go and gera. Class players but you have to accept that kev’s done his bit for us and we’ll always be gratefull to him for his services but we have to look sensibly and know its a risk with kev whether or not he will do anything in the premier at his age. Gera doesnt want to be with us and hasnt for a long time so lets not waste time trying to make him stay. If he wants to this contract shouldnt be an issue. Look at Greening he loves the club and wants to see his time out with us. Thats the players worth fighting for. With the money from gera and wages saved from Kev we can put it into a new fresh player whos going to want to make an impact and keep the club up.
   Need:

   Gk - Wright? Foster loan?

   CB - Song?

   Full back - Hoyte?

   CM - Graveson? Pedro Mendes?

   2 Strikers - Boyd? Doyle? Eastwood haha joke! Forsell?

   Any suggestions on players?

   I think goalie is a definite haven’t seen Danek yet does TM have reservations?2 centre backs with pace.Ball winning midfielder to take the pressure of defence.And brake the bank for the best striker that we get.

   Get a few loan players from some of the big clubs..
   E.g Song, Sinclair,…etc.

   defenders….song, hoyte, Tal Ben Haim, Nedum Onuoha, logan, David Murphy

   Midfielders….. Adel Taarabt, Sebastian Larsson, Stephen Hunt ….(personnally dont fink we need any midfielders?)

   Strikers…. Mikael Forssell, Jason Roberts, Kevin Doyle (dont fink we need strikers either)

    I think every Baggies fan would agree that we need a new keeper.I would like to sign Wrighty from Southampton,he deserves another chance in the Prem.Not sure about a defensive midfielder as we tend not to use them!We need to keep Albrechtsen as he can play anywhere across the back line.Our biggest problem(and for all promoted clubs)is the transfer window.It’s only fair to give the players that get you promoted a fair crack of the whip.Who knows if the likes of Bednar,Miller or Brunty can cut the mustard? Trouble is ,if,after ten games,they can’t,we won’t be able to sign anybody until the January window.By that time we might be ten points adrift and have no chance of signing anybody decent.Oh man! Who’d be a manager? Boing Boing!

    Well he was never gonna get anywhere near England playing at Wolves was he?

    And Gera hasn’t gone anywhere, just Teamtalk which is hardly reliable. I remember an article on there saying Wolves would go up!
