A woman has been given a two-year ASBO, after asking to be given the order herself.
It is believed to be the first time in the Midlands and nationally that someone has asked magistrates for an Anti-Social Behaviour Order themselves.
Tania Hall, aged 20, from Dudley Road, Hagley, is prevented from entering certain roads in the Erdington area of Birmingham after magistrates granted her request.
