Two people were attacked in separate incidents in Walsall and Willenhall.
A 39-year-man suffered a fractured ankle, cuts to his head and black eye when he was assaulted outside the Three Crowns Pub in Stafford Street, in Willenhall, yesterday at about 5.30pm. The victim was treated in hospital.
Police say a 25-year-old local man was hurt after being struck with a baseball bat in a shop in Stafford Street near Walsall town centre at 1pm yesterday.
