A fascinating 3D glimpse has been unveiled of a proposed £70m hotel and office development which could transform the north gateway of Wolverhampton.
Hendesford-based developer Fred Pritchard has lodged his plans for the scheme on a 12-acre site on the A449 Stafford Road with Wolverhampton City Council.
