Defiant Mick McCarthy set the scene for one final Wolves promotion push today by telling his players: “I fancy us to win the play-offs.”
The Wolves manager knows his teams face a Championship D-Day tomorrow with the visit of Ipswich Town, just one place and one point ahead of them in the congested scramble for a top six finish.
Victory is imperative for the Molineux side to keep alive their hopes of making the play-offs for the second year running.
But he is backing his men to banish the Black Country derby blues.
“There is still a good chance that we can make the play-offs,” he said. “And I’ll tell you what – if we do I would fancy us to win them.
“Why? We would have to had played exceptionally well over the last three months to get there and we would have momentum.
“We would have Kightly back fit and flying and Stephen Ward fit and flying and they would make a difference. But yes we’ve got to get in there first and that’s the difficult bit.
“But if we can I think we would be a real threat.”
McCarthy was in upbeat mood three days after coming out on the wrong side of the derby against Albion. But the second in a three-game home series vital to Wolves’ prospects gives his men a swift chance of raising their campaign again.
He is urging the Wolves fans to shrug off the critics and stick with a team dominated by young twenty-somethings adding: “I’m sure there will be some chest thumpers who want to knock my head off because we didn’t beat West Brom.
“But I think reality kicks in and we can realise what a good performance it was against the best team in the division. I think it’s far from anything to be upset about because the club is in really good shape.”
Wolves are reminding season ticket holders tomorrow’s game gives them the chance to vote for their player of the year using the coupon in their books.
Boxes will be available for them to deposit their vote in and around the stadium and the winner will be presented with his trophy at the final game of the season.

It all sounded so promising - till he got to Stephen Ward….
I honestly hope you do it - but no team has ever won the playoffs whilst outside the top 6.
Get into the top six and who knows…
i think the fact he even mentioned the name stephen ward tells you everything you need to know about this idiot!
“Stephen Ward fit and flying”….the words that will send a chill down every Wolves fan’s spine.
The only place I hope he is flying to is back to Bohemians!!
No chance.
If we have players who bottle it at home to albion, what chance have we got at Wembley when the pressure will be unbearable?
That was a stupid thing for Mick to come out and say with only 4 games to go. We’ve got to get into the playoffs first! And it’s not in our own hands unless we beat Ipswich 10-0
Stephen is a good player, he was great last season as a STRIKER.
I’d like to see one of you dingles in charge LOL
We’d be in the confrence before can you say Freddy,Freddy, Freddy from your armchair LMAO !.
Come on guys! I mean, I admit, Stephen Ward isn’t my favourite player and I dont think he really can cut it! But to be fair, he was played on the wing which wasnt his preferred position. Now Im not suggesting we should reinstate him in his familiar striker duties, particularly as the SEB-Keogh formula continues to work, but lay off the boy! He’s 100% committed, more that can be said for some of the deadwood.
And as for making for the play-offs, I agree we could do it, one big lottery! Right behind you Mick!
why not keep quiet & let the football & results do the talking? we lose one game now & thats it. ive been to wolves twice this season & the drawat the crem. sheff utd & soton & it was bldy dire. i guess i will go nxt season, but again will pick an mix. i travel away a lot - how many early birds did they sell in the end????
Gray and Ward on the wings and Kightly and Jarvis on the bench ready for the last ten minutes.
You know how to turn me on Mick, you little tinker!
1. Happy. I assume this is the real Happy ‘cos there is some sense in what you say !! Welcome back mate !! I agree, everything sounded fine upto S Ward !! However I am ever the optimist (mad ?) and every dog (wolf) has it’s day !! So lets hope Mr Ward comes back a new man !!
By the way, good luck for tomorrow and it would be nice for you lot if you could actually win the title at home (to Southampton ?)
Our game is, i think, a real do or die game we just cannot rely on anybody losing points even though that’s exactly what’s been happening with seemingly no-one wanting to win the title of late !!
Let’s hope everyone has a good weekend !!
“Chest thumpers” ? - I though he said you were nuggets.
He’s having a laugh at our expense…3 points off the play offs, relying on others to slip up,vastly inferior goal difference…misfiring midfield, key players returning from LONG TERM injury, still losing key matches…its over in all but name come on.
If we do,do it i’ll be first to run stark bllk naked down wembley way, singing Ce sera sera…because
ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN,DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY!
Oh dear !!
Just the sort of article that’s likely to be pinned in the away changing rooms at Molineux and Vicarage Road tomorrow !!
Hope this isn’t another of Mick’s legendary PR
disasters waiting to blow up in his face.
Oh my GOD!! Stephen WARD - what a complete MUPPET!! Mr Morgan please do let us endure another season of this pain & frustration - we are going back WARDS!
Now is the time to get behind the lads, moan at the end of the season if we don’t make it cause now is not the time.
SO COME ON…
TEH STEVE BULL…..
Filton - yes it’s me…. thanks for the good wishes, i also hope you can get into the playoffs as on your day you can beat anyone in this league.
I do think that fact that you have these home games could be a disadvantage in the same way our away games may help us - it all about pressure now, and being at home just adds to it.
Still, its an exciting end to a strange up and down season - was it ever gonna be any different ?
yet again, honest hard working players getting grief because mm insists on playing them out of position.
i agree with patrick star - he’s a right footed player who was played on the left wing for two thirds of a season - we should give the lad a break and knock mm instead.
if we dont make the play offs i wonder how many of you mick lovers will see sense. MM out!
I’ll win the lottery IF I put my numbers on! Some very sensible comments today but not from Mick as usual. Too many poor transfers and wrong formations rounds our season up.
We will find it hard to find an easier division than this years has been.
Wolves through and through but you have to look at the facts.
17. muppetout
Why don’t you draw in a very deep breath and hold it for twenty minutes, give those fans who support Wolves a break!
Please try to understand that it is an integral part of ANY football managers job to talk up his teams chances. You may not like what he has to say or indeed how he says it but he is and will remain the manager for the forseeable future. Get used to it!
For my money he has done a remarkable job in the time he has had given the money availabe to him. We still have a better than even chance of the olayoffs. So get stuck in to supporting whatever team he puts out rather than whinging.
I feel better now.
Up The Wolves.
MM - I can also end world famine
MM - I can end the Credit Crunch
MM - I can end the energy crisis
MM - I can be your new apprentice Sir Alan
MM - I can win the X-factor
All of these statements have more of a chance coming true than the one printed above.
We will have little chance if you carry on picking Collins and Gibson. Breen, Ward, Edwards or Little for Collins. Edwards/Potter for Gibson.
It’s in our hands as others will slip up. We have the best fixtures. Now show some passion!
GO BACK TO BARNSLEY MUPPET MICK !,YOU HAVNT GOT A CLUE AND YOUR ATTITUDE IS LIKE A BLACK CLOUD HANGING OVER MOLINEUX
chest thumpers?? nuggets?? what next???? granted, some supporters arent the brightest in the world but verbal abuse is a bit harsh!!! thinking about it mick, u arent the most beautiful person in the world!!! seriously though, lets have a go at the slim chance of a play off place, starting saturday.
We just need to get behind the lads for these last four games and we CAN get in the play - offs! Put Tuesday’s result behind us and start by beating Ipswich. I think MM has made lots of mistakes this season but we need to get behind him & the boys for this last push!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHA..MICK’S FINALLY FLIPPED..BUT HEY THE GOOD NEWS IS STEPHEN WARDS BACK…WHOOPEEE THE MISSING PIECE OF THE JIGSAW..HAHAHAHAHA.
TELL YOU WHAT..LET’S LEAVE SEB AND FREDDY OUT OF THE SQUAD COMPETELY THIS WEEKEND..AND PLAY WARD AND KEOGH FRANKOWSKI UP FRONT.
WWOOOO ABSOLUTE GOAL FEST..FOR IPSWICH.
HELLO, HELLO, MCARTHY MUST GO!!!!!!!!!!
With Mad Mick in charge and S.Ward back we have not a hope in hell
I’ve got a wolves mate who is so confused now he thinks he’s a nugget thumper….
He is still as stupid as ever WARD for Eastwood what a plank TICK TOCK McCarthy your day of judgement is close
Why o WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is everyone on this site so ****** negative!
I have faith in our young talented squad and Manager!
With crap fans like you lot no wonder we never get any success.
If any of you do ever attend matches which i very much doubt, please stay away, US real fans don’t want you there.
Super, Super Mick, Super Super Mick, Super Super Mick, Super Mick McCarthy!!!
25 Southbank:
You really do have a split personality! Get behind the lads!
Can’t see it, i will be shouting as ever but this is a season dominated by a manager who has not got the ability to spot a good buy, 3 ex Sunderland players 4 irish 3 most who can’t get in there origional teams. This rubbish about young players i’m sick of WE NEED QUALITY and a manager who can mix experience with youth. Our midfield has been an issue all season and he kept buying strikers when we couldn’t make a chance. Bizzare
To finish this rant can anyone explain why Freddy comes on and seems to play left back or left midfield you might as well have someone like Rosa on the bench.
Mad Mick is still living in cloud cukoo land. For Gods sake dump the idiot now!!
16 London Wolf…Stephen Ward is definitely left footed, and definitely awful!!
I’d rather dump the idiot fans we have roughly about 95% of the comments on here.
29. Martin
“Why o WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is everyone on this site so ****** negative!”
I don’t know Martin, it’s a real conundrum isn’t it!
southplanks up to his usuall tripe. last week you were GOING UP THE SEB WAY GOING UP THE McCARTHY WAY. you remind me of a kid who thinks your world beaters when you win and the world is beating you when you loose a couple….
30# EDDIE..I WAS ONE OF THE MICK OUT BRIGADE FOR MONTHS. BUT TO PLEASE THE MUPPET LOVERS..I SHUT UP AND TOWED THE LINE..WELL BEATEN BY THE TESCOS ON TUESDAY..AND PROBABLY IPSWICH TOMORROW..TIME TO GET BACK TO REALITY NOW MATE.
WITH MUPPET IN CHARGE WE’RE GOING NOWHERE..AND AS LONG AS THE MUPPET LOVERS KEEP SPOUTING THEIR BILE IN SUPPORT OF HIM..HE’LL PROBABLY KEEP THE JOB..AND US AS A SECOND RATE CHAMPIONSHIP SIDE. IF YOU LOT WANT TO KEEP WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED ON THE RUBBISH WE KEEP BEING SERVED UP SEASON AFTER SEASON THAT’S UP TO YOU..JUST DON’T EXPECT ALL OF US TO BE AS GULLIABLE AS YOU.
BIG CHANGES ARE NEEDED..IF MORGAN IS AS AMBITIOUS AS HE MADE OUT ON HIS ARRIVAL..WE MAY HAVE A CHANCE NEXT SEASON..IF HE’S NOT THEN EXPECT MUCH THE SAME NEXT SEASON.. I FOR ONE WANT BETTER..AND EXPECT BETTER FOR WHAT IT COSTS NOW..IF THE MUPPET LOVERS DON’T LIKE IT..TOUGH!!!
My “Super sarky” comment of the season award goes to…………
Abdonwolf (35) - made me laugh out loud.
can Stephen Ward get fit and fly back to Ireland please????
Has anyone heard from Kent wolf recently he seems to have vanished I liked his postings very fair and always constructive.
I’m not in the thick Mick brigade, but I do agree with one thing, S Ward is the most useless player I’ve seen down the mol for years, in fact I’m struggling to think of anyone (apart from that mascot glenda signed and tried to make out he was an international forward)
P.S. Prove me wrong by scoring a hatrick tomorrow and I’ll gladly eat my words
Well said Mick. We have a full squad back nearly and look like flying into the play offs sinse 3 months ago.
Ignore the quitters and keep on the course your on, cos I am loving it. Exceptfor Tuesday of course.
“Stephen Ward fit and flying”….
Oh dear lost the plot !
Mick you can talk the talk but can you walk the walk?
If we dont win on saturday against Ipswich we may as well forget it.
He’s right (apart from the ward bit lol) but if albion go up automatic I wouldn’t be worried about bristol, stoke, hull or watford (I mention none of the chasing pack as we are effectively playing for 6th) None of the above hold any fears for us c’mon none of these are anywhere near as good as albion but a win saturday is imperetive.
Bully for manager !
“if albion go up automatic I wouldn’t be worried about bristol, stoke, hull or watford”
Interesting!
Doesn’t the fact that we haven’t beaten any of those teams this season make your ‘bum squeek’ just a little bit?
29. I’m with you 100% Martin.
As an Irishman I notice a pattern in some of our supporters’ behaviour to that of the fans of your national team. There is a tendency to make completely irrational judgements on players simply so you have someone to blame. E.g. It was Beckham’s poor performances for certain tournaments and it was Ronaldo’s fault that Rooney got sent off for stamping against Portugal in a World Cup when, by and large, your team performed poorly anyway. In my opinion Stephen Ward is an adequate player with great potential, not playing in his favoured position. The lad can’t do right for doing wrong. He works hard, did a job on the left wing earlier this season in the absense of the injured Jarvis and deserves more respect and patience than he’s currently being given. Equally Darren Gibson seems to be the scapegoat for many in respects of the midweek game. Gibson was signed as a replacement for Olafinjana whilst he was away in Africa in January. He was seen as an attacking player to come in and do a job. On Tuesday he was asked to do Karl Henry’s more defensive job and, despite a shaky start, I think did a well in terms of keeping possession and keeping the ball moving. When they scored, he ran into the net grabbed the ball and ran back to the centre-spot. No-one else seemed interested, least of all “Lollopinjana”. The Championships’ Viera? Not on tuesday’s performance. I was ashamed to see Gibson shouting orders at Seyi at one point. It made you wonder which one was the experienced international and which one has barely half a season under his belt. At times I thought Gibson looked exposed as a result of Olly’s head-in-the-clouds demeanor. I hope this post is read for what it is; an assessment of how fans’ perceptions can be informed by this riciculous need to blame someone. If it’s not Ward or Gibson, it’s Collins or the manager. I’ve even seen people slating Terry Connor - for what exactly? What do we know about him? Let’s try and be more analytical about her assessment of team and individual performances. We can still make the play-offs but we need to support every player 100%.
If we do make the play offs then we must have hit form in order to get there. Also the 3 teams above us must be out of form to have not gone up automatically. With Albion & Hull out the way, we would stand a good chance against Watford, Bristol & Stoke.
So all we have to do is hit form & win our last 3…its as easy as that!
I’m giving us a 30% chance of getting to the play-offs, & 70% of winning them.
Oh, but wait…i’m forgetting to factor in the Steven Ward effect!
Simon
reailty will never dawn on the mick lovers… by definition their support of this lost cause means they are incapable of understanding what success is, let alone knowing what is needed to achieve it.
blunder after countless blunder is what mick will be remembered by, moronic team selections, mindless ramblings to the media, goading of the Wolves faithful, purchasing 7 strikers when we had no defenders whatsoever…
Pah ! Nothing to fear ? This bloke isnt even assured of a playoff, has lost TO EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR Promotion candidates and yet chants of success in the playoff - This isnt stupidity boys and girls, this is someone not quite in touch with reality.
Im sooo tired of slating this guy, and moaning all the freaking time, but he has to go. Sooner the better.
We have the core of a good team, correctly motivated, with an addition or 2 at the back, and we will be smoking hot for 2008/09, please for the love of all that is good for Wolverhampton Wanderers can the board get rid of these mick induced shackles and let us tear the division apart next season.
PLEASE.
COME ON YOU WOLVES !
MICK PLAY FREDDY THEN AND WE WILL GET IN THE PLAY-OFFS !! and if you dont at least give him 30 to 20 minutes !! FREDDY FREDDY FREDDY !!
Mick McCarthys version of how football works
*League tables are unimportant
*You can win the play-offs without being in the top 6
*It doesn’t matter if you’re any good at playing football as long as you put a shift in
*You deserve atleast 1 point from a game even when you’ve been comprehensively outplayed
*Training sessions do not require footballs
I could go on but I can’t be bothered. I’ve tried to stay positive, I’ve tried to understand this blokes decisions and ramblings but he’s completely lost me now
Southbank Barmy Army !! Too right keogh and frankowski are exactly the same sort of player !! both rubbish !! FREDDY FREDDY FREDDY !!
Its not going to happen boys and girls….you’ll only be upset if you think it will….
Mick seems to want to play the top teams, and is adamant that we’ll beat them and get into the playoffs. So, lets have a look at how many points we’ve got against the top teams this season:
West Brom - Lost at home, Drew away - 1 / 6 points
Stoke - Lost at home, Drew away - 1 / 6 points
Bristol City - Drew at home, Drew away - 2 / 6 points
Hull - Lost at home, Lost away - 0 / 6 points
Watford - Lost at home, Lost away - 0 / 6 points
Palace - Lost at home, Won away - 3 / 6 points
Ipswich - Lost away, home TBC - 0 / 3 points
So…out of the top 7 teams we have
P13, W1, D4, L8
Out of a possible 39 points, we have managed 7.
Sorry to depress you all on a Friday afternoon!
29 Good post mate. I’m not a Gibson fan but you are absolutely right about how he played on Tuesday. His second half performance in particular was probably his best in a Wolves shirt. After the goal he was geeing up the crowd to get behind the team. He went up in my estimation by a long way.
Stayed off the site after Saturday because I knew all the whinging moaners would be on here saying what utter shite so and so is etc. The saying is `you’re only as good as your last game` but on here it’s `You’re only as good as your worst match ever` so in fact you are shite ’cause I happened to see you do something really, really bad, and it’s your fault we can’t beat every team all the time. Ward is a good honest hard working player who was played in the most unsuitable position through no fault of his own. Some of us think Keogh is a great player but others think he is useless. Maybe it’s me who knows nothing about football after 45 years of playing the game, managing boy’s and men’s teams successfully. One thing I do know as an absolute fact is that you can only get the best out of people by being positive. We all need our confidence boosting from time to time. Please explain to me why you feel the need to be so full of hate when things don’t go as you wish. Did you grow up getting your own way with Mummy by throwing tantrums? I don’t agree with a lot of Mick’s decisions but can voice my opinion without resorting to name calling and vitriol. I am sickened that we lost on Tuesday but the better and more experienced team won. Good luck to the Baggies whom I hope will win the division. Tomorrow’s match is make or break, perhaps so, all you real Wolves fans, let the tractor Boys know what an electric, noisy atmosphere the Molineux crowd can create. Out of darkness…
Yes - very good S*U*P*E*R but with flying Steven Ward imagine the possibilities - oh actually you are right i am now bloody depressed!
48) Paddy - Gibson, Collins and Elokobi were on top of their game at Bristol but alongwith others did not do it on Tuesday.
We should have played Potter - who can pass a ball most the time - and put George back as the holding midfielder. Hopefully we will have Davies, Gleeson and Edwards back challenging for these spots next season.
It is not all doom and gloom. We knew we had to play the 2 tough ones first but Palace have to go to Watford and Hull.
2-0 Wolves tomorrow. Come on lads!
55) Sublimely put S*u*p*e*r !
next manager please.
hes havin a joke aint he!!! Wolves even gettin in the playoffs is a joke. Hes crap simple as. I think Mcarthy needs to go as well as a big clearout with seb, eastwood, kightly, hennessey, jarvis, henry and some youth players stayin. We aint good enough.MM out!!!!!!
Great picture of Mick with his big mouth open as usual! There’s not a manager in the country who talks as good a game as him.
BIG WOLF.. RESPECT TO YOU MATE..DON’T LET THE MORONIC MUPPET LOVERS BLIND YOU TO THE TRUTH..
INCE IN..MUPPET OUT.
I’m right cross!
The man’s talking rubbish again. We can’t win the playoffs if we are not in them, and there’s no way that McCarthy’s team will get there.
The man’s a total moron. Boy, am I cross!
Mick must be smoking some funny stuff! Not even is so stupid as to believe this twaddle.
I’ll be there, and I’ll cheer on the team, but it without much conviction that we can win.
Anyway, let’s have a
good-time and enjoy what’s left of the season. Soon we’ll have 3 months of cricket, and that will really hurt!
“I fancy us to win the playoffs”
McCarthy is obviously getting desperate over his job. But if he is honest he will admit that he took his eye of the game for a good 3 months, and now we are paying the price, and at the end of the season he’ll pay the price as well.
Good riddance to one of the worst managers for a long time!
Martin and Paddy i’m with you all the way!!!
It amazes me how all the idiots spouting their negative garbage went very quiet for a few weeks and then one narrow loss in a spirited display against a better side and its back to the same old drivel of ‘MM out’ and ‘Muppet Mick’!!!
U really do amaze me, I just hope that the majority on this thread who are going along with this crap don’t turn up at the Molineux because I really don’t think the club needs you. Every last person that sits near me in the Steve Bull wants MM to stay and wants the best for the club i’m only glad I don’t sit near some of you oiks….if indeed you go at all!!!!
If you really want MM out then just save it until the summer, there is a chance we could make it, A VERY REAL CHANCE so the least that every one should be doing is getting behind the club whether you agree with the manager or the chief exec or the players or whatever JUST GET BEHIND EM FOR GODS SAKE!!! Do we want to see our club in the premiership or what?
Rant over!!! Say what you want but this is what I think.
I’m a Wolves supporter and that’s what I do….I support the Wolves! For richer or poorer, for better or for worse, in sickness or in health!!! SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT!!!!
Mad Mick McCarthy just keeps on with the spin doctoring. He can talk the talk, but can’t walk the walk.
Come on Wolves fans wake up and smell the coffee!
Too many overpaid average players just there to make up the numbers.
Would love to see Wolves win the playoffs and come up with the Albion, but my money would be on them not coming close to getting in the playoffs.
Enough doom and gloom, Summers on its way.
Mad Mick has already cost us auto. prom.with his stubborn ill concieved team selections and naive tactics.
If most of the fans can see the weaknesses and lack of basic skills; why can`t he?
Taking an occasional seat in the stands may open his eyes a little- but don`t hold your breath. Touchline viewing gives a cramped perspective and he often appears to distract players at crucial moments with his histrionics!
As No 55 points out, this Wolves team has consistantly failed to achieve this season and I fear that with the same man in charge next year will be no better.
Paul Ince has proved his managerial skills with both Macclesfield and M K Dons.Let`s hope WWFC have the balls to bite the bullet and install a real winner instead of a Sunderland reject with a black cats 2nd team!
48 Paddy…..one of the most measured and sensible posts seen here for weeks.
As for “Keogh Frankowski”….10 goals ????
SUPPORT WHOEVER IS WEARING THE GOLD SHIRT….and leave your bitching until the end of May…..then you’ll have the complete picture
If Mr McCarthy is right, and we can win the playoffs then the club enters a turbulent year.
The club will be granted money to help it buy new players of Premiership standard, as well as the possibly promised £30M from Mr Morgan. Hoever, that is not contracted and just a verbal promise, so it cannot be counted on.
After the club are demoted back to the Championship they have a parachute payment for two years to allow the club to stabilize from Premiership player wages to Championship wages.
However, a club that are really astute can make great profits from this. Going up into the Premiership and not attempting to compete by acquiring better players, or paying Premiership wages, means that the club owners can benefit by up to £30M+.
I would not be surprised to see Wolves try this new financial model next season, as then Mr Morgan can make even greater profits on his £10 investment in acquiring the whole of the the WWFC. Of course, as a board member, Mr Moxey will add considerably to his personal fortune.
In the meantime, Mr Morgan will be monitoring the Liverpool FC situation, to see how he can contribute to their success.
That makes WWFC fans feel really secure in our future. Will the promised £30M ever appear, or is that just more spin on our ever more spinning club?
Bring back the Bhatties!
At least we knew where se stood with them. The scouser Morgan tells us nothing, and instinctively we know that we are just being taken for a ride again!
How many times must the Wolves fans be taken for a ride, before we get somebody in control who cares and is commercially active (Uncle Jack was past his best when he saved us).
55 - play-offs is not league - not all the way back to Aldershot. Let’s give it one more go. Said Tuesday wasn’t must win - tomorrow is.
Colleygate has it bang on, I can tell when MM is telling us rubbish now, I can hear him talking! What next? going up and winning the Premiership? I think he forgot to wake up this morning..
The only idiots on this site are those who go to matches, watch some of the most dire football ever played at Molineux and then say we should back McCarthy to give us another dose of this rubbish. It is obvious most of the others are just armchair pundits who haven’t watched the pub-level quality that we have had to endure this season
MORE OF IT? NOW THAT IS IDIOTIC!
Well said Lanesfield Wolf. I thought the football under Hoddle was bad but this season’s football has been dire. However, its not just Wolves. I’ve not been impressed by other Championship teams either!
Being a loyal supporter I’ve renewed my season ticket and I’m hoping for some decent football next term.
Have a go on the predictor on http://www.bbc.co.uk/football then click on ‘Championship’ on the left hand side and then ‘predictor’.
I took away any bias and got us finishing sixth only a point behind Hull. Albion won it on goal difference from Stoke in second. We get Watford in the Play offs with Hull playing Bristol.
See what you get but be honest! Anything can happen and I am fairly sure probably will!
Come on me Babbies we’re right behind ya!
Is Mick drinking with Avram Grant these days ?
I think they must be on the funny fags too….
hahahaha suckers, we can win the play offs in the conference in four years time muahahaha
As a Baggie/Boggie looking in at Wolves, I still think you’re lurking under this god given right to win and go up situation that we’ve accused you of and some of us have been as guilty of. Ok you are a big club…but there are also 6 or 7 big clubs in this division, alongside 2 or 3 that threaten. Ignoring the who’s the biggest argument, even us as the better squad in the division have left it to the last few games before our destiny is clearer. Cant you see that, you are at the moment a there or there abouts club? Your day will come in the next few years, simply because you’re consistently in the top 6 or 7
MCduff, do us all a favour and keep your stupid , arrogant , clueless comments to yourself. To every true Wolves fan, you are an embarrassment
NO 40 above
hes moving to another warden controlled bed sit sometime this week ,trying to get more benefit allowance.

You are a right mug, a scared little man and a bully - and everyone laughs at you.
