Julie Smith, regional sales director for Morris, says: “We have designed this new initiative specifically for buyers who want to own their own home but are struggling to get a foot on the property ladder.
“We will give them 100 per cent ownership of the property and we won’t even ask them for a deposit. Also, unlike many schemes for first time buyers, there really is no catch or money to pay on the 25 per cent balance.”
There is currently a range of spacious one and two bedroom apartments available.
