Wine and dine with Curtis at top hotel

An invitation to dinner with Tony Curtis or a chat with Bernard Cribbins over a glass of wine is on offer as part of an autograph hunters’ extravaganza this weekend.

They will be among a host of Hollywood legends, Bond girls, war heroes, astronauts and other celebrities who will be at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole.

Also at the Autographica event will be the original bionic woman, Lindsay Wagner; Kenny Baker who plays R2-D2 in Star Wars and Margaret Nolan from several Carry On films.

Organiser Dave Phillips said: “All of our guests stay in the same hotel, so autograph collectors may well find themselves having breakfast with any one of our stars.”
