    3-3
We’ll give the Dingles a goal or two head start to make it interesting then shatter their dreams by storming back in the last 10 minutes!
A draw suits us down to the ground!

    Boing Boing!

Obviously its a cup final for the Dingles with the excitement they express. For me its just another game.Albion v Villa will always be the big on for me.
If our players turn up then 3-1 to us and kill off the Dingles slim playoff hopes.

The big one for you is Albion v Villa ??

Second one for you would obviously be Exeter v Torquay then ??

Believe me there is nothing bigger than a Black Country derby.

I just hope it’s a good game with no trouble.

I cant see Wolves losing this. We are on a high at the mo, and playing some lovely stuff.

And remember, cryin’ at Wembley we sin ya cryin’ at Wembley

  15. NathanWolves said:

WBA in Devon, villa is the big one for you because you don’t live in the black country!

Wolves will score at least 2 goals from set pieces as Dean Kiely doesn’t have anyone on his line and Collins will exploit this. Wolves 3 Albion 1
    Collins (2) Seb, Phillips

  16. brummie rob wolves said:

    9) Slim play off hopes? Do you think if we lost tonight, we have no chance of the play offs? Buffoon!
We have Ipswich and Cardiff at home, Coventry away and Plymouth away. We are capable of winning them all!
Anyway I hope you play Moore from the start. Kyle is better.
    2-1 Wolves.

    2-1 Win to Wolves!!!!!!!

Ebanks-Blake does nothing all game but wins it late on, after turning Neil Clement inside out before lashing the ball into the bottem left hand side of South Bank Goal!!!!!!!

  23. Throstle said:

    13. Notts Wolves - Devon is correct. Villa is closer and more of a local derby over the years. Come to think of it.. Wolves ground isn’t even in the black country is it?

  24. NathanWolves said:

    23 because albions is? moron!
Didn’t we have all this on the blogs yesterday!

  25. Dave said:

I’m off to the bookies for a tenner on 3 - 1 to West Brom. Philips first goal scorer.

  26. WORCESTERBAGGIE said:

alot of cocky over confident dinglets on here today,,remember dinglets lose tonight and your season is over…the pressure is all on you.this is our game inhand so any points will be a bonus, even a little draw will suit us.but then we have our supa strike force who can win a game in the blink of an eye,so beware.GOING UP THE MOWBRAY WAY,,,IN STYLE OF COURSE,,,OH YES

  27. brummie rob wolves said:

    25) Give it to charity as it is a waste of a tenner.
Terry, I don’t think that you were able to beat Bristol City at Ashton Gate.
Anyway if we were given the penalty - we have had half a dozen dodgy ones given against us, with one at the Hawthorns - we would have one and were the better side anyway!

  28. WORCESTERBAGGIE said:

just take alook at the championship table in the morning,,,enough said………..GOING UP THE MOWBRAY WAY,,,IN STYLE OF COURSE,,,OH YES..

  29. terryweare2ndbaggie said:

27,rob,but we played them when they was on a roll, not when they had only won 1 in ten,if the ref said it wornt a pen then it wornt, get over it,who put the ball in the dingle net

  30. Throstle said:

    24. Interesting. So the position of Albion’s ground puts Wolverhampton in to the black country. Thats new!

  31. terryweare2ndbaggie said:

west brom aint in the black country its in PARADISE boing boing going up the MOWBURY WAY

  32. Throstle said:

    24. West Bromwich, Oldbury, Blackheath, Cradley Heath, Old Hill, Bilston, Dudley, Tipton, Wednesfield and parts of Halesowen, Wednesbury and Walsall. The clue is in the spelling. Although there are a couple of “W” words in that traditional list of places in the black country, Wolverhampton is not one of them.

  33. timbowolf said:

2-1 WOLVES,TOP SIX HERE WE COME

  34. pye green wolf said:

terrythebudgie no albion player this season even from 12 yards

  35. NathanWolves said:

Throstle - your boring! I could argue that one of albions stands is officially in Birmingham or that the whole ground is in Brum.
I’m not bothered what you think, this is a black country derby, wolverhampton is in the black country, get over yourself!

  36. Throstle said:

NathanWolves - c’mon admit it your enjoying yourself. More than you will this evening mind.

  37. Natalie K said:

14 Yes, what a good point, Albion lost twice at Wembley in the last year, I had ‘almost forgot’.
Talking of memory don’t forget to sing the Wolves song too: “we’ve seen you no times at Wembley, no games at Wembley, Albion stopped you going to Wembley”

  38. Natalie K said:

Information correction - Bescot, Villa Park and St Andrews are all closer to The Hawthorns than Molineux. Albion have plenty of derbies, but for Wolves its just Albion, pointless arguing otherwise because that is reality. You can try to argue Wolves is Albion’s biggest derby, but that’s a different argument…

  39. Cuffy Wolves said:

Hope it will be a good game tonight. Think Albion will win 1-3. After the game tonight i wish Wolves the best of luck and hope you get promoted.

I don’t think I’ve ever looked forward to a Wolves match up with such anticipation! I’ll be more than happy with a draw but we have to feed our beautiful footballing desire with a thumping! Come ONNNNNNNNNN

  42. Wolves1877 said:

Listen to the steptoes going on anyone would think they’re Barcalona, whereas in reality they’re a small brummie club that’s alway’s lived in the shadows of it’s more succesfull and far bigger neighbours ie Wolves and Villa, both of whom are officially in the top 8 most sucessfull clubs in England and that is a fact. So do yourselves a favour and stop going on about how big a club you ain’t or never will be that too is a FACT.

you lot would have to agree villa are the biggest in every respect in these parts.most villa fans hold a greater respect for wolves and believe them to be potentially rivals if they reach and stay in the prem.wba will always be a nice little club with fans who are happy clapper third rate brummies.

As football pundits go Martin Swain is one of the better ones. He has always been a pretty good judge of teams. His job however is to help his company to sell newspapers, but reading between the lines his piece to camera was telling, he as much as said Wolves will be too strong for a dodgy Albion defence. It was as though he had been reading my script! Wolves to win with at least a two goal margin.
    Up The Wolves.

  50. Throstle said:

Thats more like it. A sensitive seal posting comments about the Wolves and the Albion. Probably a Wittonite who doesnt quite get the beach balls gag?
