IF (?) Wolves are looking at Haines, who is 28 later this year, it would appear that someone is to be sold but who? - Murray, Hennessey, Ikeme or maybe it is just they are looking to replace the on-loan Stack but that would still leave us with 4 keepers and only 2 are required per game, so who is going? Never smoke without fire!

Another great result last night for you terry.
This cup run is taking its toll on your league position. You could only give Phillips and Bednar a 15 minute run out.
    Bring on the 15th!

i think we have to live in the real world,& IF murray is fit next season,he play’s,end of story, but hennessey wouldn’t sit on the bench all season & wolves know that,& we need a class back up to murray, because he doesn’t do minor injuries.

  7. terrywembleybaggie said:

5 ROB, yes mate rested them and brunt but cardiff was one of our harder run in games we will be ok,what a subs bench, boing boing wembley here we come

  8. WORCESTERBAGGIE said:

LOOKS LIKE HENNESSEY IS GOING THEN…..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  9. brummie rob wolves said:

You are missing the point Terry. Your league form in 2008 does not allow for resting players. Of the last 6 games, you have 4 away from home.
I reckon that you will be lucky if you win 3, draw 2 and lose 1. That would give you 78 points - more than likely play offs!

worcesterbaggie dont you realise how silly you are place a comment yes but please act your age or are you very forward for 2

    8. How sad is your life that you have to poke fun at a team with a better youth system than you?

    Hennessey is going nowhere…

  12. Loyal-Cannock-Wolf said:

Terry and Worcester.. I was unaware that they had internet access at preschools now, cheers for clearing that up.

  13. Frazzel Chops said:

So what if Hennessey is going Murray is just as good when fully fit!

We would get at least 7m for Hennessey so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

  14. Wolvensam said:

    8. At least we don’t have dodgy Kiely!

  15. baggie_kez said:

    13 Frazzel Chops

i think you mean Frazzeld Brain mate….your not going to get 7mill for Hennessey……maybe 3mill at the most

  16. terrywembleybaggie said:

WORCESTER WILL YOU PLEASE GROW UP OR YOU WONT GO TO WEMBLEY BOING BOING OH YES

  17. Chris Benfield said:

Am I the only Walsall fan stupid enough to check this daily???? Maybe one day It won’t be all quiet at the Banks’ AND it won’t be us selling our top players!!!!

    Whom I kidding????? lol

  18. brummie rob wolves said:

We would not entertain selling Hennessey for less than £5 million. If we did sell him, we have got Murray - who when fit is the best in England. We also have Ikeme - miles better than Kiely! Furthermore, we can look at keepers like Murphy because we have the financial clout.
Let’s get this semi out of the way. Booing then crying down Wembley Way!

  19. brummie rob wolves said:

Sorry lads a slight spelling mistake. Should have said boinging. There again booing was what they were doing at the Hawthorns after defeats to Hull and Leicester.

    17. cracking comment lol through all the hard times of being a wolves fan, i can think “there is always someone more worse off than me”
    only joking mate.
as for hennessey going, no chance!! and if he does you think we are only going to sell him for 3m when carson is valued at 10m, my girlfriends dad followes villa, and he said carson is the worst goalie he as seen down villa since he started following villa!!!
ahwell another quality player off the wolves production line…. how i remember the days when albion fans were saying “lee hughes is better than robbie keane will ever be” hahahaha how i laugh now

  21. Bridget & Tony said:

20 SHATPANKWOLVES - Hennessy is NOT off the Wolves production line - Chris Evans got him from Man Citeh when Peter Schemical (SP?) was goalkeeping coach and Kasper (His son) was competing against young Wayne for the same place

Neville Southall reccomended him to Wolves and the rest is history!

As for Wayne going elsewhere - Hennessy was quoted as saying that he would not leave Wolves to play reserve team football in the Prem as he didnt see the point!

  22. baggyboys34 said:

Hennessy will likely go to everton or a similar team challenging for europe. really cant see him staying how many times do we hear players saying theyre loyal then they go off for a better pay packet?

  23. terrywembleybaggie said:

9,bob,i do get the point mate, but looking at the fixtures bristol and hull got tough run ins plus stoke n bristol got to play each other so 78 wont be far off, though i think we will win 4 and draw 1 out of last 6 which will take us up,but if the worst comes to the worst and we go in the plays offs theres nobody there capable of beating us over 2 legs,

  24. Roy Jackson said:

Hey guys, this from one of our leading broadsheets, for those of us who think we don’t have a settled forward line or enough strikers, I give you this….

Leeds will need to be in the same division next season if they want to keep hold of striker Jermaine Beckford. Norwich, Wolves and Charlton are all interested in the former Wealdstone United centre-forward.

Make of this what you will…..

  25. JJ - original said:

have to say i think hennessey is on the move.
If there is no promotion for us
(even then a move may still be on the cards)

£5m good business if you ask me.
    £1m (if that) murphy

1 - murray should return next season (we cant keep both him and wayne and wayne has the value at the moment)PLUS imho murray fit is my choice of the 2 (if he learns to kick!!!!!)
2 - stack will go back
3 - ikeme aint good enough from what ive seen (who would want him)and his deal doesnt run out soon - Andy DeBont was better) now theres a blast from the past)

besides we havent done badly with so-called ‘baggies rejects’ in the past
Maybe Luke Steele for a knock down steal) pardon the pun) as cover

Mr Morgan just make sure we keep hold of mimmsy he keeps developing these good young keepers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
