Fancy a breakfast browse?

breakfast-browse.jpgDavid Wilson Homes Mercia will be hosting a special early-morning househunting session starting this Saturday.

Because everybody knows what hungry work househunting is, David Wilson Homes will be dishing up breakfast too.

Sales director for David Wilson Homes Mercia, Chris Ashmore explains: “We all lead such busy lives nowadays and it’s not surprising that we sometimes struggle to fit everything in, and finding our dream home is no exception which is why we’ll now be opening the doors from 9am.

“From this weekend for househunters there literally will be more hours in the day as people can pop in before they make their way into town or go about their regular Saturday morning chores.”

So whether you’re a first time buyer too busy with work to look for your first home, an investor looking to expand your portfolio or busy parents desperate for some more space but struggling to find time to look between swimming practice and drama club, then these early morning sessions could be just what you need.

From April 5, all of David Wilson Homes developments across the West Midlands, Shropshire and Staffordshire will be opening their doors extra-early.

As well as the tucking into a complementary breakfast, househunters can also learn more about the various schemes and incentives on offer.

First time buyers and key workers can take advantage of properties with the Easy Start scheme whereby they pay just 75 per cent of the purchase price, but still own 100 per cent of the property, on selected homes with no deposit required making the purchase of a new home affordable.

However for those already on the property ladder the part exchange scheme may be more useful helping to ‘break’ the chain and allow you to stay in your existing home while the finishing touches are made to your new property.

There’s too many ‘investors’ purchasing property, both here and abroad. It’s becoming the new ‘British disease’. Houses are too expensive and the market is too restrictive.
