Ashmore crowned champions

goal.jpgThe Ashmore are now league champions after beating ach enemy True Briton in the Ashmore Derby.

This was a stroll in the park for the cheesemen goals from Odrisull Rogers Mincher and back fit again Mark Cooper a fine crowd turned up again to see the champions play.

The Billy G stand was officially opened by the Earl of Ashmore after its refit and a fine site it was so back to the game.

The Ashmore went on the attack from the start playing good football the Briton players could only look on in amazement as the ball stayed with the home side the Briton Never had a shot on target until the 85 min in the end the Ashmore won 4-0 it could have been a lot more.

But as manager Padir Brewster said: “A win’s a win at this stage he went on to that the boys have done really well all season and now we look forward to doing the double by winning the cup on 13th April”.

He said he would like to thank all the fans for their support and a very big thanks to Leighton Gandy for his support.
