The 4,047 sq ft restaurant and bar will take up the ground floor of the building with two-and-a-half floors of apartments - two full floors and a third in the roofspace with dormer windows. Knight Frank says the apartments will start at £95,000 and will be equipped with designer fitted kitchens, bathroom suites and many will have balconies with river views. Silex bought part of the site from Stafford Borough Council for £45,000.
