16.57: Full time and Wolves grab a point, could prove crucial in the final standings.
16.55: Keogh equalises in the last second for Wolves, his 95th minute leveller gives Wolves a point.
The striker slides home from a narrow angle after terrific pressure on the QPR goal.
16.45: Wolves are throwing everything at QPR to get a deserved equaliser but it’s to no avail so far.
16.38: QPR go ahead for a third time through Leigertwood, he hits Wolves on the break and lashes past Hennessey.
16.36: It’s all Wolves and Camp makes two terrific saves to deny the home side.
16.31: Wolves putting the pressure on now really going for the three points that could take them into the play-offs with Plymouth level and Palace losing.
16.29: That was SEB’s 20th of the season.
16.25: The striker gets the chance from the spot now when Wolves are awarded a penalty and SEB capitalises, converting from 12 yards, it’s 2-2.
Jarvis was tripped in the area, no doubt about that spot kick.
16.23: SEB forces another save from Camp.
16.22: Wolves make a change and Freddy Eastwood comes on with 30 minutes left to make an impression. He replaces Michael Gray.
16.17: Camp parries SEB’s effort and it is quite a duel between the two men this afternoon.
16.14: The controversy has stirred both teams and it is a full blooded game now.
16.09: Swain says Collins did handle but there was no intent on his part.
16.07: QPR get a penalty at the start of the second half, it’s controversial again, the home fans not happy.
Collins handles from Buszaky’s free kick according to the referee. Blackstock converts the spot kick.
15.50: half time at Molineux and a good boost for Wolves.
15.46: Spoke too soon just before the break Keogh puts Wolves level, he heads home Gray’s cross.
15.44: Half time approaching and no real signs of Wolves grabbing an equaliser.
15.37: Sixth placed Plymouth lead against Watford - it’s Jermaine Easter at Easter.
15.34: QPR have to make a change when skippe Rowlands has to be replaced by Mahon.
15.33: That was harsh on Wolves after their opening efforts but it’s an uphill struggle now.
15.29: QPR take the lead after a good 10 minute spell through Hungarian Buszaky, and it’s a terrific goal, a snap shot from 25 yards which finds its way into the corner.
Foley was caught dwelling on the ball and Buszaky capitalised.
15.22: First real threat from the visitors. Buszaky’s header drops over the Wolves defence into the path of Agyemang but his fierce shot bounces just wide of the post.
15.21: Ipswich lead at Scunthorpe as Wolves continue to impress at Molineux.
15.19: Sheff Wed lead Palace 1-0. At Molineux SEB volleys over from the edge of the box.
15.15: Swain: “Wolves started a home game as brightly as they had done for some time.”
15.11: Keogh misses a good chance, scuffing wide from close range after good build up from SEB.
15.09: Gray fires a shot which Lee Camp parries. SEB follows up but is thwarted by the offside flag.
15.07: Wolves force the first corner but it is cleared. Our man Martin Swain says Wolves have begun with a high tempo.
15.06: Poor Rob Edwards, he is off injured just 10 minutes into his return. What misfortune but at least Jody Craddock is able to replace him.
15.02: Preston have already done Wolves one favour, beating play off chasing Burnley 2-1.
15.00: We are about to get underway. We will keep you up to date with the other scores affecting Wolves. They could go top six with a win today.
14.43: Swedewolf Bro: “No snow in Sweden”. That’s a role reversal then.
We must be in England because the Saturday afternoon talk is about football and the weather. Just the way it should be.
14.41: Lee said: “Snow Rain and Sun, all intermittent… crazy weather.” Lets hope the sun shines on Wolves today.
14.33: It’s not very nice conditions at Molineux for this game. Is it snowing where you are?
14.17: Two changes for Wolves. Matt Jarvis and Rob Edwards in for Darren Potter and Darren Ward, who is out with flu.
Wolves: Hennessey, Foley, R.Edwards, Collins, Elokobi, Jarvis, Olofinjana, Henry, Gray, Keogh, Ebanks-Blake.
Subs: Stack, Eastwood, Gibson, Craddock, Kyle.
Thoughts?
14.00: Welcome to live coverage of today’s game.
Wolves have reignited their play-off push with two wins from two but face in-form QPR, who are flying up the table.
With only eight games to go, it’s crunch time for the Molineux men. What do you think about today’s game?

freddy on the bench again
I’m at home with the kids after watching kites on soccer am this morning, my turn to look after the bambinos today but i will be keeping an eye on the score from the golden palace. great to see albions bubble burst. im expecting a hard game and as i have the last 2 games predicting a 2-0 loss. kites back soon freddie to score a few and jarvis near full fitness we are coming into a bit fortune at the right time, all the best
8-0 wolves, four a piece for freddy and ebanks-blake.easy.
Same ol song 4-5-1 LONE STRIKER AT HOME.
We will stink again, until the muppet has to change things around cos we’re 2 goals down, and the crowd are baying for his head.
He will never learn. And I fear we will never be rid of him.
Another bewildered fan from London.
3-1 wolves….jarvis, seb, elokobi
Two good changes. Putting Jarvis in should give us some extra fire power from the off and Edwards in the back 4 may give me a little bit more conifdence in our defence. Due to D Ward worrying me every time he got the ball on tuesday seemed to always pass the ball sideways or to a player already marked and always backing off from people dribbling towards him.
think its going to be tight, 1-0 to wolves, late winner from SEB, COME ON!!!
Snow Rain and Sun, all intermittent… crazy weather. crap weather.
No snow in Sweden;-)
2-1 to Wolves;-)
2.laughingwolf
Use your time wisely today and see if your kids can teach you how to spell.
Your inane drivel is on show in plenty on the albion pages.
P.S At least we’ve got a bubble to burst.
No start for Freddy - suppose it was too much to ask of the thick, stuborn MUPPET!
Wolves run comes to an end 0-2 QPR
Hope I’m Wrong, PROVE ME WRONG YOU WOLVES!
wolves lose 2-0 to qpr. Simle as this we ain’t consistent and good enough to get in the play offs. Bye bye mick
Hi all
no Freddie - What a shock lol
good luck lads
listening & watching from Colorado USA
OH by the way
2-1 Wolves
What on earth is Freddy going to do in order to start?
Wonderful pass to Ebanks-Blake. Ran around the pitch like crazy. Yet still on the bench…again..
Best to see of QPR this season as their money will really talk next season with plenty of premiership quality players coming in. They’re pretty confident given their rise from the relegation zone. QPR to win by the odd goal.
Though MM might’ve started with Freddy.
Any idea’s where I can find a radio link?
11. super kev
so you actually admit your bubble as burst then.
Oh dear
What wolves give the ball away and are now 1-0 down never heard that one before!

PARDON?
Well what do you say now 23?
Patience patience boys and girls, QPR are a good side and are certainly no pushover. Back on level terms at half-time, we managed to grind out a win against Scunthorpe on Tuesday and we may just do the same today. Lets see if MM throws Freddy on to try and improve our creativity… oh and Baggie73, I would worry more about your own team’s faltering results than ours - if we win today we are 3 points behind you. Mug..
23. Loooool, that would of been a bad decision
defensive formation at home and still conceding first, again, confounding tactics from the worst manager in the champs.
Still, there’s all to play for after the break
COME ON YOU WOLVES.

More points dropped, story of the season. Thanks Muppet!
Zoltan Gera’s agent claims the midfielder will leave West Brom at the end of the season.
Gera’s current contract expires in the summer and he could leave The Hawthorns for nothing in the summer.
The winger’s future could depend on West Brom’s bid to win promotion with The Baggies having a better chance of keeping Gera if they return to the Premier League next season.
Gera, who came close to joining Middlesbrough in January 2007, is thought be a target for a host of Premier League clubs and Gera’s agent Vladan Filipovic believes the Hungarian international should be playing for a club competing in Europe.
“I wasn’t his agent that time [when Middlesbrough tried to sign him] so all I can say is that Zoltan surely leaves the team at the end of the season,” Filipovic told Nemzeti Sport.
“Some teams from the Premiership would like to sign him but we don’t adhere to England - there are interested sides from other countries as well.

As we said at the end of last season, quick able centre backs. The lads deserve more than a draw. The Molineux crowd deserved more. Still in the mix.
3-3 Phew, that was close!
GOOOOOOOOOOALLLLL!
Shocked the wife and the neighbours here in Copenhagen as I jumped around the livingroom celebrating as that goal went in. Credit to the players, but now our stubborn manager.
KEEEEEEOOOOOOOGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not gonna be long before My Doc’s gonna forbid me to support Wolves… jeepers.

Come on the Saints !!! Come on St Albans !!! I Could watching ya play Bullys Rangers next season
MM turns down move to far east stating that he must finish the job he started at the custard bowl………if only he mentioned what it was exactly that he started………….boing boing goin to wembley
That is one of the best games this season
3-3 is a great result after how bad the ref was.
Who said take Keogh off?
HAHA 23 thanks mate another two for him.
Come on Wolves
DA DA DA DA ANDY KEEEEOGH DA DA DA DA!!!
Now remind me again,WHO said take Keogh off after 34 mins?
wolves said: Mar 22nd, 2008 at 3:34 pm get keogh of and freddy on keogh is doing my head in
keogh-blake-keogh never say die . the ref was utter crap today . coulda shoulda woulda won if it hadn’t been for crap ref, but Camp saved them from a good hiding but happy with a point after being three - two down.
COME ON ME BABIES KEEP ON FIGHTING
terrywembleybaggie soon shut up now ain’t ya? boingboing my arse!!
If we’re serious about winning games we need to line up with Eastwood and SEB up front.. I’ve not nothing against Gray (who’s done well) but Keogh offers more… we can always swap them after an hour or so if it’s not working
23-bet you’ll do well as a manager, before you take the plung as a manager, i would try playing on championship manager mate, at least you can cheat to disguise your would be bad decisions!!! Ole hail keogh!
wanderer89:
Leave my mate terrywembleybaggie out of it!
He really is not one of the baddies!
ive been keeping an eye out on this page since kick off,,well what aload of fickle cry babbies.you never sing when your losing, sack mick ,out now ,i could do better and all that, then you go and fluke a draw which aint no good to ya and all of a sudden mad micks brill again….fickle fickle fickle,so glad you aint up the shrine,,mind saying that none of ya could of gone to the match cos your all on here,,,,i tell ya what you lot need..its…FOOTBALL THE MOWBRAY WAY…
how quick we are to turn on each other… to the point of appearing jubilant about the result, all in the name of rubbing it in someone else’s face.
Keogh has been an important member of the team all season, but this result WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Ha ha, Wolves season is just about over now, games running out, what a terrible performance. If you play like that against the baggies, you will get hammered! Oh we can go top again if we win our games in hand. Going up in style the Tony Mowbray way. I think we will seal automatic when we beat you at the custard bowl.
KentWolf.
Your point being?, this from a Dingle
who’s spent all afternoon trying to listen to the
match, I listened to it through WBA live, maybe the
Dingles don’t have that luxury!
BOING BOING.
75, The baggies will be in europe via the fa cup…feel silly now? yes you do!
Just come back from the match. What a topsy turvy match, that ref was awful, absolutley shocking!
Fair play, they battled, BUT how many more penalties is Collins going to give away. Conceding 3 goals at home,,,, not good! But 2 goals from andy and I think Freddie coming on made it a mad mad finish.
like last season you’ll blow it before we do pmsl!!
we have a team of micks players and we just aint good enough so i hope super mick will take all the blame and not blame us yet again.freddy to start and partner blake get a new manager and we will be fine.WHERE IS KYLE THE MUPPET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
23, again what do you say now? what’s with this eastwood thing? didn’t seem to get a qoute!
Sorry 23 didn’t see your retraction, still comment stands re Eastwood. lets all hope we keep going Roller Coaster or what!!!!
thats called character terrywembleybogie something that the albion sadly lack. how many controversial penalties are going to be given against us this season? we’re well in the mix!
To whoever called me an idiot for what I said about Collins, hmm he gave away yet ANOTHER penalty am I right? You don’t know what your on about. I’m sick of MM playing him when we have better that he doesn’t play. He’s crap, yeah he’s popped up with a few crucial goals to save us but if he didn’t give so many goals away, then maybe we would be further up in the table? No wonder Hennessey is so good, he’s gotta be with that in front of him. We’ve gotta spend big in the summer on defenders, the current defence in my opinion is too slow, we need some pace in there. Need to purchase a new manager aswell, I wouldn’t mind Mourinho in charge or Fergie lol but on a proper note, perhaps swap Trappatoni for Mick, he can have his old Ireland job back & we would have a good manager in charge, considering Mick was a defender he doesn’t know how to put out a good defence, but to be honest I think if Mick did get the sack in the summer, I fear that Little Sam (Sammy Lee) would get the job because him & Mr. Morgan are good friends. Don’t know how the rest of you feel about this. But I wouldn’t mind someone who knew how to attack teams, because Mick doesn’t seem to like attacking teams, every formation seems too defensive, even at home, we’re a good team, why do we need to defend at home? GO FOR THE ATTACK!! no team seems to be scared to come here & play us & thats because we play boring football, Mick either needs to learn to attack teams or just simply sack him & find someone who knows how to attack teams.
Rant Over Now lol.
Just arrived home from the game. Really enjoyed the match. Saw some good football but the same can’t be said of the ref. He was poor for both sides. Great atmosphere in the South Bank.
101. baggies in Europe what an embarasssment that will be for English football.
to all the sandwell fans posting comments laughing at us drawing 3-3 to Qpr at home.
remember Leicester at home. i think you should worry about your own teams form or lack of it.
107.
at least one more when we play sandwell town and super grandad dives in the area.
crap result i have to say. I mean if you want to be in the playoffs you’ve got to beat teams like qpr. MM out
Decent performance today, but we are seriously lacking strength in depth, particularly in defence and we desperately need a decent midfielder who can pick our strikers out with a killer pass.
Bigger picture wise, very little chance of making the play offs now with our remaining fixtures and our inability to dominate and kill teams off at home.
Football the mowbelly way…dont make me laugh
Wolves - W D L W W D
Albion - L W W D L D
Wolves 6th on form albion 8th
And Albion are supposed to be the classiest team in the league
HAHAHA
I’m sorry folks, Eastwood was rubbish when he came on. Try going to games!
Shame on you who chanted Freddy’s name when Keogh missed a chance? That lad’s Wolves 100%, worked tirelessly, and got wo goals. And what did Freddy do…lets check, diddly squat thats what!!!
Good point in the end, but god, was it tough going or what?
Up the Wolves!
Well as reckoned yesterday a draw, thats 7 games left. Reckon 5 losses, one draw (Cardiff) and Charlton could be anything.
Might make it if every team above us get disqualified and can’t play the rest of the season!
At least we will be able to loudly tell MM, Moxey and Morgan what a load of rubbish they are, as we will be destined to stay in this league at a home match!
what a game .. well done lads … we should have had all 3 points
you lot are a joke
if only u was at the game i just got back keogh was the worst player on the pitch he was awful but ends up gettin 2 but well fought game but just stupid mistakes again !! cmon the wolves !!
Has anyone noticed that the rubbish WBA have not knocked out a single club in their FA Cup run that was above them.
all these sandwell fans saying our seasons over we still have a game in hand and a guaranteed 3 points against a team thats running out of steam and bottling it again.
bang bang losing the double the mouldy way.
SEB and Keogh are going to get yah.
free bus pass for Phillips please.
why r all the baggies fans doing on here and listening to our match .Are they gold and black in disguise lets face it there more interested in our results than there own …hahaha COME ON WOLVES . DOWN WITH THE TESCO BAGS
MM starts with a home game with a lone striker but finishes with 3 on the field once he has messed it up.
What a surprise that the final third of the game brought 2 goals once Freddy had been introduced.
When oh when will this man realise that with SEB and Fred at the front supported by Jarvis and Keogh wide we actually cause the opposition problems.
93,take more than a draw at home to shut me up,your going nowhere boing boing wembley getting closer
89 trev, how do you know you wornt there boing boing empty seats at moll
102,that was quick do you live in offices at the moll boing boing
107 dingle, its called losing 2 points at home to a mid table club, boing boing going to wembley
97-is that why your lot booed the crappies off against leicester! and then in the paper calling for the managers head etc, etc.you are just as fickle as the wolves fans, mind you when you play against eleven men you struggle, what do you do-pay the ref to send one off to give you a chance.Win,Lose or Draw in a couple of weeks time-you will always be in our shadow.
Ken Hawthorn:
What point you trying to raise here?
The fact that West Brom seem to have a lot of infantile followers who post rubbish in the name of banter or Zoltan Gera’s agent trying to find him anew club already?
I’d rather you didn’t refer to me as a Dingle, my surname, not that it’s any of your business BTW is Webb!
As for you listening to your game via WBA live, I ’spose it saves you the expense of actually going to the games.
You going to be crying into your Ribena if you don’t get a semi-final ticket?
OLLY - OOZING CLASS
When he plays well - we perform well as a team.
GOOD EFFORT BIG LAD.
Oh no - i think the Wolves might be catchin’ us up really soon…
To Kentwolf and trevb before you comment on Keogh and Eastwood you should get your facts straight Keogh was resposible for one the third of QPRS GOAL HE ALSO MISSED TWO SITTERS AND EASTWOOD BEAT TWO IN THE BOX AND DELIVERED THE KILLER PASS FOR KEOGH TO EQUALISE I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS THERE,NOT MAKING COMMENTS FROM AN ARMCHAIR
how can anyone diss keogh. lets be honest the clubs to goalscorer. freddy is terrible and will be gone at the end of the season.he offers more than anyone on the team. wait till kites is back we will be great. new defenders for next season we really need them
To the tune of Ring of Fire:
Sandwell Town is very small!!!!
Went to Wembley and won chuff all!!!!!
Sing it loud and proud, who do they think they are, well they are about to fluff it up.
this is wy eastwood shud start!
There are some very sad and stupid people out there. We have just salvaged a point through a great perfomance today. We were unlucky to let those 3 goals in . 2 Cracking shots and a dubious penalty does constitute bads defending.
As for Keogh Freddy scenario. Are 2 goals not good enough for ya. McCarthy has proved himself and you just feel as though your nose has been put out of joint. Except Mick proved you wrong. Now please support the team put out by Mick or stay at home. Your so called support is not welcome.
Guys
LEARN the fine art of support. Support your team and manager - if not get down to the Bescot - home of the real YamYams
105. John… Obviously you weren’t there, Freddie put ina decent contribution and twas he who set up Keogh’s last ditch goal, he could have been greedy and had a go himself but Keogh was ina better position. Freddie is also the most silkiest player we have and we don’t wanna get rid of him. Fair play to Keogh tho, made amends for the 1st half miss. It was the best match of the season, much more like the side we had last year but with skill as well passion. Ref and lino’s had a stinker, neither should have been peno’s and the keeper played a blinder. We gifted them their two real goals plus they were pot shots. I’m not gonna criricise any of our players although he had a better game than of late, Henry still kept looking back and across but seemed to get the message from the crowd when we yelling turn when facing his own goal area. More of the same till end of season and we should be in the play-offs and hopefully in form
101 - Before you even begin thinking of Baggies in Europe, there is a matter of you needing to beat a Premiership team by the name of Portsmouth. If, by some miracle you do that, you would need to beat either Barnsley or Cardiff. (You will probably remember Cardiff’s last two games at your place. You didn’t win either of them.)
You also need to dream on about automatic promotion. That now looks to be going to Stke, BC ot Hull City. Since the bedinning of 2008, your league form has not been great, has it? You seem to like illiteration such as “Boing Boing Baggies.” How about Boing Boing Baggies blowing badly?
133 wolfhound:
I dont think you can criticise Keogh. I bet you were on who chanted for Freddy when Keogh missed, but I wouldnt class it as a sitter. And as for Freddy, apart from a few nice touches, what did he do?
some of you really overrate him. SEB & Keogh are gunna get ya!
wolfhound:
FOR YOUR INFORMATION,I AM A DISABLED WOLVES FAN WHO FINDS THE TRAIN JOURNEY TO WOLVERHAMPTON A BIT MUCH AT TIMES.
HOWEVER,I WAS A FORMER SEASON TICKET HOLDER (IN THE OLD NORTH BANK)FOR 7 SEASONS A STEWARD FOR ANOTHER 7.
I’VE BEEN TO INTERNATIONALS,AFRICAN NATIONS & RESERVE GAMES.IN MY 50 YEARS,HOME & AWAY I’VE BEEN TO OVER 2,000 GAMES.
YES, I WAS THERE AT CHORLEY!
Rant over
If someone would be kind enough to take me to Charlton on Saturday, I will supply the ticket!
Kentwolf
I appreciate that you have been a fan for many years and have been to many matches,I am 59 and have supported the Wolves since my first match when I was 7,I have been a season ticket holder for 16 years but the fact is I was there at the match and Eastwood made a difference and set up the last goal for Keogh thats my point.
Wolfhound, I would agree that Eastwood made a difference on Tuesday, but apart from the pass through to Keogh for our third goal, I thought he was back to his ordinary self. 11 goals in 41 league games last season for Southend. 5 were penalties, so 6 outfield goals in 41 games is a goal every seven games. I am 57, and I could do not much worse than that. Totally and utterly overrated. Keogh has 15 goals in 50 games at the Wolves. Which is trhe goalscorer? Eastwood makes no attempt to get into the box, and both Keogh goals were scored from there. (He passed to Keogh Saturday to avoid getting into the box) Wingers cross into the box. Why play a striker who will not be there to get on to the end of them? This is why I would continue with Keogh and Ebanks-Blake as my main strikers, with Eastwood and Kyle to bring on different options off the bench.
