Albion have put back the deadline for season ticket holders and members to claim their guaranteed seat for the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
The Baggies, who had sold 20,200 tickets from their 33,000 allocation by the close of business yesterday, will now reserve seats until 5pm on Wednesday.
The decision was made after the on-line ticket service and the Wembley telephone line were offline for parts of Tuesday and Wednesday due to maintenance work.
The website will remain active around the clock and the Wembley hotline was in operation today and will reopen on Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am and 5pm.
Season ticket holders and members who have already bought a Wembley ticket and want to purchase an additional seat will have the chance to do so next week via Ticketmaster.
Supporters listed on the club’s database who have attended at least five home games this season, plus new season ticket holders for 2008/09 who bought their season ticket before March 17, can buy a ticket at the same stage.
Ticketmaster will begin selling the club’s remaining Wembley seats on Tuesday from 10am on 0844 847 2454.
In order to book tickets via Ticketmaster, supporters must have their membership number and postcode to hand.
Membership numbers can be found on supporters’ stilecards, membership cards or 2008/09 season-ticket brochures.
The East Stand box office will be open on Saturday between 9am and noon for the sale of season tickets and Championship matchday tickets only.

I just hope all the genuine fans who go week in-week out get their tickets.
It’s at time like this the worms crawl out of the woodwork & somehow manage to get their grubby little mitts on tickets.
When Wolves managed to get to Wembley via the Sherpa van in 1988,their biggest crowd that season was 17,895 yet they took over 50,000 to the final!
1 Kent Wolf, Ref Sherpa Van Final. But what a wonderful sight it was
Too right!
Wembley a mass of Old Gold & Black, with the odd splattering of Claret & Blue.
My one outstanding memory of that day was how well EVERYONE behaved.
