Two men have been arrested after a two-year-old boy died from an overdose of the heroin substitute methadone.
The boy was taken to Birmingham Children’s Hospital but doctors were unable to save him.
His three-year-old brother remains in a stable condition at the hospital, a police spokesman said. A four-month-old boy was treated as a precaution.
Two men, aged 30 and 33, have been released on bail pending further inquiries, West Midlands Police said.
