Ashmore go 10 points clear

goal.jpgWith the Ashmore missing seven players for the weekends game this could have seen the end of a sixteen game unbeaten run as Brewood came calling.

But the Ashmore had a celebration on the cards it was manager Padir Brewsters Birthday and nobody was going to spoil the party.

Players like cooper Tew Rogers Onions Cooke Cartwright Boys all unavailable it left Brewster with a big headache but not as big as the one on Monday morning.

But Brewster had no worries as his makeshift side went to work on Brewood with Brown and Mincher playing up top they made the most of it by both getting a goal each and with Brannon getting 1 the worry had pasted and the ash took all 3 points.

Once again a good crowd attended the game on a very cold morning Padir once again heaped praised not just on his team but the fans to by saying “they are very loyal and follow us every game I do try to have a word with some of them and thank them for coming I just hope that the fan have a great day at the cup final on the 13th April”.

Team Elm 7 D. Cooper 7 Brannon 8 Rickhuss 8 Healy 7 Ryan 7 Odriscall 7 Pugh 7 Hale 7 Brown 8 Mincher 8 Subs Osborne M. Brewster.
