The biggest advert in British football, designed to get more people involved in engineering, has been unveiled at Molineux by Wolves star Seyi Olofinjana.

The midfielder has an MA in chemical engineering and is also studying oil and gas engineering at Aberdeen University.

He was therefore the perfect choice to front the campaign by Morgan Est, which provides tunnelling, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical services to the defence, water, utilities, transport and rails sectors.

The advert, which measures 20m by 12m and is between the Jack Harris and Billy Wright stands, is aimed at schoolchildren and fans thinking about a career change.

Three Wolverhampton schools – Penn Hall, Orch-ard Centre and Midpoint Centre – have got involved and are designing posters on how they think the industry works.

The entries will be judged on the last home match of the season against Plymouth on May 4.

With respect, the effectivness is questionable ? Most Wolves supporters may not fit the job specification. Money wisely spent Mr Olofinjana - Mmmm ! We’ll See.
