    Simple answer - “YES”

We’ve got a better chance than anyone else.

Why does the video always end with Mad Mick and a baldy in a Dingle scarf?
Come E&S, if it’s an Albion story surely you can get a pic of ToMo?

lets have look at wba games after going through in the fa cup this season

    3rd round replay went through

    next game draw cardiff

    4th round p’boro went through

    next game lost to pne

    5th round cov went through

    next game lose to hull

just face it yes its great run and could be so much more i would love to swap places with you guys
but if you dont win the cup, this run could ultimately cost you with you picking up 1/9pts in matches
after you have qualified for next round

what would you guys want most promotion or fa cup??

i would want fa cup in all honesty! what you guys prefer?

Promotion it lasts longer The FA Cup is like sex gone in sixty seconds.

Yes we can! Do we want to? of course we do! Does it matter? No!! Promotion is all that counts. Whilst we are financially better off than most clubs in this division we will lose the parachute monies at the end of the season and if we dont want to fall further behind the premiership we must GET PROMOTION!!

We can do the double but I don’t think we will.
I’d rather miss out on the fa cup. If we do it, it will be a massive achievement.
Though we have a biggish squad, we haven’t usually been able to string good results together when playing twice a week. Now we’re gonna be playing twice a week until the end of the season. TM’s going to have to rotate more than before. Greening and Koren will have to be rested at some stage.

    8. Financially the club would be better off winning promotion, but The FA Cup is the biggest trophy it can ever really win in this day and age. So for me it has to be The FA Cup.

Not if I’ve got anything to say about it.

The boggies wont get past portsmouth its the only decent side they will play

  11. Burger Bob said:

Why can’t we do both, we are as good if not better than the other teams in the last four, and nobody seems to want to run away with the league this year.
It will be interesting to see which team turns up on wednesday night !!!!
    Come on you baggies!!!!!

good luck baggies i honestly hope you win the cup and get promoted. it hurts to say so as a wolves fan.

you have played some great football and score loads of goals and also have mowbray as manager.

a championship club winning the cup even the baggies would be fantastic.

come on the wolves and best of luck baggies

well done to all the wolves fans who are here to congratulate us, to those who think we got here without playing a decent team, morcambe rings a bell, would you have gone to peterbrough and stoppped a free scoring team, put 5 past cov or bristol? nope. i would rather win promotion in honesty but have every faith that whatever the resut in the semi, portsmouth will remember playing albion. only thing i’m worried about is if we do achieve both, can mr peace afford a stick big enough to bat off the hawks trying to get mowbray and our team???

Drawing Portsmouth in the cup is the best thing. To my mind, being pitched with either Barnsley or Cardiff would have given us a favourites tag. You do not need this when striving for promotion. This way they have nothing to lose. On the day all they need to do is give it their best shot.

  16. The Real Bully said:

We need promotion to keep this manager and this team together and to keep the momentum going. Th cup would be nice as an extra. In round 3&4 many fans were saying they wanted to get knocked out and concentrate on promotion, a lot of these have had a change of heart. Nathan if we don’t get promotion this season I’d put my house on us never winning the cup again. I’ve said it before, I’d happily take a hammering by any score against Portsmouth to gaurantee promotion, that’s how important it is. I was there in 68 when we won and in 69 when we lost to leicester and QPR and Ipswich. I know how much it hurts but times change and the Premier league really is the place to be. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what we think does it.

  17. BENNYBOY said:

It has to be promotion over the cup.
I will have to watch from a pub in Blackpool as I booked a hotel to see the Blackpool WBA game ! Never mind hopefully I will see them at Wembley in the final ?

Walker, you really are an idiot. Are you saying that Charlton away was an easy FA cup tie? Let me ask you this, would you have got through that one? Of course, you did beat the mighty Cambridge. You must be so proud you muppet.

Once again congrats to the wolves fans who have come on here and graciously wished us luck.True football fans and credit to their club. Well done.

Fa cup over promotion. We will get promotion if not this year then next…I could not say when we would ever win the cup again.

I actually think we will beat pompey but have a sterner test in the final. I think pompey will be complacent. If we play our passing game, they will find it hard to live with us, but if we concede any set pieces, that is where they will look to punish us.
