Environmental bosses in South Staffordshire believe the men may have carried out work on driveways before illegally dumping the load. It comes after the council revealed it was receiving up to 60 calls each month about fly-tipping in the district.

as i have said befor,i do not condone flytipping ,but when will our irresponsibil councillers see that by not making our tips accesible to the public or trade without having to produce ridiculous proof of i.d., that it is cheaper to allow them to tip at the council tips than it is to follow the fly tippers around and then taking it to the council tips themselves.what a absolute bunch of cretins we have running our council.(ps. if you want to pass this onto w-ton council please do so ,but i know from past experience they dont care ,they just want to keep claiming their expenses and passing it onto us via com .tax)
Never mind they will get away with it small fine
and a wrist slap
There are quite a few fly-tippers visiting Blackhalve Lane in Wednesfield, they dump 3-piece suites, old facia pvc strips, bags of rubbish, WHY?
This is part of the countryside, DO NOT SPOIL IT.
I agree with fed up with council. I recently changed my car for a mpv now I have 2 kids. Now I can’t get into my local tip (Anchor Lane, Bilston) because of the extremly low barrier they have in place.
