Wolves stars including Rob Edwards, Matt Murray and Michael Kightly launched the Players Charity Calendar in style at Molineux.
The trio signed autographs for hordes of fans, all desperate to get their hands on a series of pictures showing the players in racy poses. It is believed to be the first time that any football league players have posed semi-naked for charity.
All the proceeds from the calendars going to Broadmeadow Special Nursery School just half a mile away.
Staff from the school turned up for the official launch today, and said that they were absolutely thrilled with how the calendar looks.
Jackie Proffitt, a teaching assistant at the school, said: “They got back in touch with us to suggest putting together this calendar of players to help us raise cash.
Rob Edwards said: “We think it is a great calendar, and we are looking forward to seeing how many people buy it.”
The calendar went on sale this afternoon priced at £5.
