A hat-trick from Mark Bellingham to take his tally to 19 goals this season helped the Glassboys run out 4 - 1 winners and they now climb to third place in the league.
After 26 minutes the visitors drew first blood when Andy Crowther he hit a cri-sp shot from just outside the box.
Stourbridge recovered and a good spell of pressure eventually paid off.
Just before the interval the Glassboys got back on level terms.
A ball down the middle from Dyson enabled Bellingham to shrug off the attentions of Michael Cole before burying home a shot past Skyers.
Stourbridge then grabbed the lead in the 51st minute when Craig Slater swung in a cross from deep on the right, Nathan Bennett headed the ball on and Bellingham was there to beat Skyers.
Bellingham sent Sam Rock away down the left and he beat two players before playing a measured pass into Bellingham inside the area and he duly tucked the ball away low just inside the far post to complete his hat-trick.
Malvern looked for a reply with long range efforts from both Tony Farnworth and sub Joel Skyers going close, but the Glassboys put the result beyond doubt with three minutes left.
Slater swung over a deep cross from the right and the ball bounced off Greg Andrews and fell to Broadhurst and he turned and fired a low shot past the keeper.
A minute from the end, the hosts almost made it five. when a Bennett header was headed up onto the crossbar by a defender.
