Lets begin with the big talking point of the game, Mifsud, awful challenge indeed, but lets give him the benefit of the doubt that he apologised after the game and that despite Dowies rants he also agreed with the refs decision so good professionalism there guys, its nice to see. I thought the first half was a half of getting to grips with the oppositions tactics and Cov did well to stump us all the way up until the 1st half, we seemed like a completely different team in the 2nd half, Im not sure about everyone else but I distinctly remember cringing everytime someone took Teixera down, not because of the risk of injury to him, but more for the over dramatics he kept going down with, he certainly shut me up in the 2nd half, a fantastic performance from every last player in the 2nd and it was an absolute pleasure to watch, TM really must have stirred them up. A huge pat on the back for the lads here it can only do wonders for us coming up against Wolves soon who lets face it, are a bigger challenge than Cov are, no offence, so bring on the gold and black, we’ll send them right back!!
Any else remember me saying yesterday we should play Teixera up front???

Mifsud aplogoises huh. We should ask the question of what prompted such a challenge in light of him now being banned for three games and his first game back is against… you guessed it WBA.
He has no previous incidents in his career, no history against either WBA or Hoefkins, so what was behind that challenge.
Maybe the Coventry manager should answer that.
But back to the game and after a totally mish-mash first half where Coventry were allowed to ride rough-shod over our midfield with niggly little tackles, never allowing Jonno any space or time was quickly forgotted with a quite mesmeric (sp) second half with quick one-touch football epitomised by a truly wonderful football inspired first goal.
Performance topped off with a further three goals and three points giving us a psychological plus against the other side in the division.
I am beginning to believe.
does anyone else imagine a tumbleweed rolling by after that comment by wolveswolves???
After no2 comment i hope we stuff the dingles,i feel sorry for the true dingle fans who can appreciate a good game of football and give proper comments and also see two football teams not just their own.

attending the game on the 25th is going to be a waste of our time.

to me a dingle is someone who posts, crass,unfactual,ill tempered,
bitter,and occasionally ugly offerings.

To all wolves fans, you lot said ALL the same things last yr, and guess wot, we beat you 4 times 2 your inferior 1…i seem to no that at the moment, even if you do beat us, which i doubt you will cos its at THE HAWTHORNS WHERE YOU HAVENT SCORED IN 10 AND A HALF YRS you still wont be above us. so to all u wolves fans, i wouldnt turn up, sit at home, listen 2 the radio n i bet when albion win you lot wont comment on here!!!
