Walsall - the verdict

Bournemouth 1 Walsall 1

Walsall snatched a dramatic point from a poor display at Bournemouth thanks to Darren Wrack’s late equaliser.

Wrack was in the right place nine minutes from time to divert home a scuffed shot from Mark Bradley and save Richard Money’s side from back-to-back defeats.

But in truth Bournemouth may feel hard done by after they enjoyed the upper hand.

Walsall laboured for the first hour and beyond and they looked to be heading for defeat courtesy of a 20th minute strike by Jo Kuffour.

It was important to get something out of this game.As it happened it
was a point gained but could so easily have been 3 lost.Must get back to winning ways on Saturday.

We really got behind the team during the second half on Saturday
Its great to see that Dickie and the team have recognised the tremendous support we gave them
I said to my son at the game you would think we were winning when we were losing such was the noise and singing
Bournemouth fans kept looking over to see why we were apparently in celebratory mood!
If ever the support helped the team through a difficult patch (the first half was dire) we did it on Saturday
If only the Home support was not as fickle at Walsall - this is how you got behind your team!
Well done to all of the Saddlers support at Bournemouth -it was great - we certainly played our part
    Come on you Saddlers
I cannot make Brighton but i do hope we make as much noise at Northampton (I live locally)
    Come on you Saddlers
