Willenhall booked an FA Trophy showdown with Hednesford after a narrow win over Unibond side Belper Town.
It was the visitors who nearly took the lead when dangerman Danny Toronczak was denied by an excellent last ditch challenge by Liam Newell.
The home side responded and nosed in front in the 18th minute.
Craig Gregg threaded the ball through to Tyrone Barnett, who kept his composure to round the keeper and slot the ball into an empty net.
Willenhall doubled their advantage on 24 minutes, Barnett netting with opportunist effort from 20 yards that flew in off the post past stranded keeper Adam Ogden.
Most of Belper’s efforts on goal were coming via Toronczak and he saw a header cleared off the line by just before the break.
The visitors searched desperately for a way back into the game and nearly found one when Anthony Wilson forced a superb point-blank save from Steve Jackson.
Rescue Wilson went came close again, this time with a deflected drive from the edge that flew wide.
Belper keeper Ogden then came to his side’s resuce when he kept out Craig Milligan’s stunning first time volley.
The visitors almost found the goal to get them back into the game when Wilson shot agonisingly wide.
Belper substitute Richie Lopes was then denied by Reds keeper Jackson, who dived acrobatically to his left to tip the ball onto the post.
Belper finally found the goal they were chasing just 60 seconds later, Anthony Newton misjuded his attempted clearance and sent the ball crashing into his own net on 79 minutes.
This set up for a tense finish and two goals in a minute added to the excitement.
Firstly, Willenhall seemingly put the game to bed when Newton looped a shot over Ogden.
Belper then hit it back to ensure a nervous final few moments when Lee Stevenson netted to reduce the deficit to 3-2.
But the Reds held on to seal a clash with Hednesford.
